Forgot I blasted my legs with a kettlebell workout this morning then tried to walk up the stairs like nothing happened. It was like a cartoon where my legs went up the stairs but my upper body stayed the same height until my middle couldn't crunch up anymore and I fell over mid flight. Now I have the DOMS and the bruises, so I got that going for me.
