We do not need schools. We need time, freedom, and access to some resources.
Conventional school is not only a poor way of answering these needs but an anti-learning tool.

It's not only for the twenties, but way before that. Going deep in exploration and experimentation is what we need from the moment we are born.
But instead, we get to be constantly interrupted by other "important" things to do and learn, with the paroxxysm at school.
"You want to dive into maths? Ok but now it's history lesson, you'll get on that later, if you overcome the frustration."
