I don’t believe I have ever seen a VW Thing in person until today! Driving through a small #ozarks town. #photostr #carstr The Volkswagen Thing, officially known as the Type 181, is a unique vehicle with roots in World War II military design, developed as a stopgap solution for the West German Army before the planned "Europa Jeep" project was abandoned. It was introduced to the civilian market in 1968 and became a symbol of rugged, versatile utility, with different names across regions including the Trekker in the UK, Safari in Mexico and South America, and Kurierwagen in Germany. Although its U.S. market debut in 1973 was short-lived due to safety regulations, the Thing's legacy endures as a cult classic, with production continuing until 1983 and a total of approximately 90,000 units built worldwide.

Hard to read.. 1. Bring back the asylums that were closed in the 70s. These people should not be on the street. 2. Make a law that if you ever plead insanity you need a min of 15 years in an asylum. With bi annual evaluation. 3. In Indiana I have seen many very light sentence for murder, A) but the once I was at a trial where a man was “involved in a murder” so the man and his accomplice rob a drug dealer, the drug dealer kills the accomplice, the drug dealer is free as self defense, and the man (who didn’t actually kill any one is sent to jail for 70+ years) like WOW that is the one that expected 6 years…. And all three were lowlifes that no one cared about… In another case I was close to a man shots another man in cold blood because he failed a paternity test related to his cousin. The shooter had a criminal record and could not legally possess a fire arm. He gets 6 years. Indiana is not tough on crime… View quoted note →
