As I get older, I'm trying to try new things. Summer is a good time for this too. So, yesterday I installed one of those "Calm" type apps. It was weird. Somehow I thought it was more than just listening to sounds. Plus, installing the thing was dang stressful. Step after step after step after almost there...etc. I never even got to the sounds, finally uninstalled it, and felt more stressed than before.

This moth was trapped in an old screen just to the right of my laptop. He's been fluttering around off and on the past hour trying to escape. At first, it was just visually distracting and annoying to see him flitting all over. Then, I felt sorry for him and was moved by his persistence. Finally, I took the time to remove the screen and let him go. We both feel better now. #freedom
