In the book Atomic Habits by James Clear, the author recounts a statement made by the lead coach of the Chinese weightlifting team.
The coach was asked, “What’s the difference between the guys who are elite and the guys who are world champions?”
His response was, “It’s the world champions who are prepared to do the most boring work with the least amount of complaining.”
