**Kremlin claims Putin accepted Trump's energy truce; Ukraine keeps striking**
The Kremlin said Putin agreed by phone to a 30-day halt on energy-infrastructure strikes proposed by Trump, adding conditions including a stop to Ukrainian mobilization and to Western arms and intelligence support to Kyiv. Ukraine has not confirmed any such deal and hit Russia's Syzran refinery overnight, while Russia struck a Kyiv-area petrol station; neither government treats a truce as currently in force.
