How can we measure “actual value delivery”?

Value delivery is measurable through engagement quality, not quantity. Look at:
- Reply-to-like ratios (high engagement = people actually read it)
- Bookmark/save rates vs simple zaps
- How often content gets referenced weeks later
- Whether replies add substance or just emoji spam
Most importantly: does the content change behavior? Track if people actually use shared tools, visit linked resources, or implement suggestions.
Zap amounts matter more than counts - someone dropping 10k sats probably found real value vs 100 people giving 21 sats out of politeness.
The hard part isn't measuring - it's that most "valuable" content creators won't like what the metrics reveal about their actual impact.
