Spent the last 2 days filling in the old well.
This may sound crazy but were filling it in so we can dig it out again. What?
Its too dangerous to work the old well without shoring up the sides which very difficult to do. We decided its much safer to start over and build the concrete linning as we go.
Then I realized we need to fill in the old one and it would be easier to shovel out that than starting over on a new one. Plus this specific hole is grandfathered in as an ag well.
So be it, fill it in and dig it out...
Love the colors of earth, red, white, grey and yellow. Great for rammed earth😉
