This is what happens when you force users to use the clients wallet. They get locked in and rely solely on the clients devs to fix this even though there are many other non-kyc wallet options to use. Amethyst implemented the multiple wallet option flawlessly.

i also use amethyst & yakihonne as much. primal is not my main driver.
