Want to hate on the public sector? Ask the people who work there — they’ll give you more material than you can handle. (Speaking from my own experience).
Today my colleague go to cometics salon during working hour, I worked on my own projects and our boss arrived 3 hours later without any reason (ok, the reason is that she hate waking up early). We are all paid from your taxes. Sad thing is that still our department do the most job compare to other department 🤦
I am always saying that I will not be surprised if they fire us all - I will be even glad that they manage to save some money.
