Monero ban will only strengthen it, just like Bitcoin. Globalists like Lagarde and Yellen will fail again.

If it starts to take hold and threaten the establishments means of control via the financial system they will ban it. But that is the last and firmest hand they can play. Then whatever survives proves that they don't have control and its all up from there. I see similarities to the protestant reformation that resulted in religious freedom after a struggle from the Catholic church. The Renaissance from sound money will draw demand and when people since weakness they will jump ship. The harder the establishment tryes to suppress monero and privacy coins the more it will become apparent that they are gaining an unfair advantage from the status quo and the more resistance they will get.

An outright ban is a sign of desperation and that they are close to loosing. The current approach is to embrace bitcoin, making it win in terms of market cap over all other coins, then limiting it's privacy and increasing the cost of transactions to limit P2P use. This ensures people are dependent on a financial system that can be used to maintain a level of control.
