Cashu is a pretty neat but doesn't go far enough in allowing operators to easily create their own marketplace of centrally issued tokens that have a swap support for paying lightning invoices.

That’s why Calle is promoting Core 30
He wants to help create a problem (spam onchain) and offer his solution (chainless IOU shitcoin) and pretend and confuse people into thinking it’s Bitcoin.
These are two different orthogonal issues
