For real, the extremely obvious answer to this UX nightmare is to just have some main “auto options” like translation, and making the thing controllable/configurable on your mobile. The projector and pointless gesture reading is going to have such high failure rate while simultaneously will be a battery drag. Just terrible foresight and design thinking for a promising concept.
