Bullying in another context, is harassment. And harassment in another context & at a different scale, is oppression from the State, or an institution.
So the options for dealing with bullying in real life and on social media is very important.

These were the first cartoon and comic books I was exposed to in China. Also a Chinese comic book of The Smurfs which I memorized. Then, I got to the U.S., and it was Barney the dinosaur on a small black and white TV that we probably got for free. It was cool when we got a color TV and I could see the purple and green colors of Barney.
