What I see 99% of time in Bitcoin culture is ego. It's not logic. There are a few exceptions but most of the arguments and disagreements are mostly proud men with huge egos wanting to be right. There are exceptions but over and over again these beefs come down to ego, not problem solving and arriving at consensus.

I'm glad consensus is still needed so their egos can't change things like they can with all the fiat and shitcoins.
Whenever I hear people things like, "I'm obviously right and you should just follow my lead", but they don't actually bring the proof, I lose respect for them and I feel incredibly grateful that bitcoin isn't as easily influenced by those kinds of people as they wish it was.
Same here. Some people might be right but they are so terrible at articulating it in an egoless way using reason and logic that they will fail. Its painful to listen to them.
My husband is really good at articulating why and using logic, so I've been extra spoiled since marrying him, so now I have less tolerance for those who can't/don't 😅🤣😇
