This is all part of the marketing flywheel for the construction company. They don't want cluttered looking houses, so they stage them minimally. That goes into their portfolio to get future work.

Thank you for clarifying. I guessed as much re the furniture staging but wasn’t across that the houses were definitely unfinished. I was hoping that was the case! So this is good to know.
Also this makes complete sense now that this is architects/construction groups promotion to other businesses rather than purely domestic clients.
I will now view the bare walls/floors etc as showing the build structure rather than as any aesthetic 👍
