Sometimes the reply isn't sent to your inbox relays, so Amethyst start searching for it everywhere. That could be the case, but I will test it out.
Inbox is also read in sequence, so if the event was in your last inbox relay, it might take a while to get there, since we prioritize the first 3 of each list.
