I don't see "self-custody" claims on the website, so that's good. I do see this: "Ark protocol is a second layer on the bitcoin network" That is a lie, Ark is not an L2.

It's 2-of-2 multisig just like lightning, but with a coordinator, so without arguing semantics it would appear to hold the same status as lightning.
