Be comfortable being alone. Spend time in solitude. And that includes not using the phone, too. Go for a walk in the nature. Don't consciously engage your mind in anything. Let your subconscious mind do its work. You can't just consume contents all the time. I mean you can, but that's not healthy, for both your mind and body. You need to give your subconscious mind enough time to think for yourself. If you are glued to the screen all the time, you won't have time to think for yourself. Also, it helps to be conscious about the contents you're consuming, be it books, articles, podcasts, or just posts. Your life is dictated by what you're consuming. If you consume negative contents or propaganda all the time, you won't be able to think positively. It's garbage in, garbage out. #Nostr365
