Yea that is probably correct the issue to me is that the common stockholder gets fucked so the preferred shares can get their dividends it’s kinda scammy.

the proportions seem about right as they are intending to grow their issuance.
but the scale should be staggering at some point. it does feel like, "uh, Michael, why don't you scale back just a little. "
everyone else was shy a few years ago about picking up the new weapons and sallying forth into new lands & conquests.
