I'm barely hanging on to Linux itself thanks to Pat Volkerding still maintaining Slackware. Once it goes I'm almost certainly headed for one of the BSD's.
The day I see the ACLU actually stand up for gun rights is the day I believe any of these groups have their stated missions in mind. I won't hope my breath.
