I just watched a lady read some sovcit nonsense from a piece of paper over and over again while the prosecutor was trying to give her a very good deal and instead she fucks it up reading some nonsense it seems like her son gave her…fucking ridiculous. Contempt for 24 hours in prison. I never seen such a gracious prosecutor trying to help this lady out and instead she reads off this fucking piece of paper interrupting the judge and contempt.

I had a friend that was very good at getting out of traffic stops and in court, so much so he started getting purposefully pulled over. He started a site show casing it. Started selling court documents, and consulting. He was then thrown into a van 🚐 And was told he had to stop doing that or bad things were gonna happen.

He named his site sovereign tactics and he was always lumped in with sovciv movement. He didn’t like that, and was mainly just filling out some forms.

It works. But not for the reasons they say. It works because with enough confidence and psychological frame control you can get them to accept your (or any) point of view. Laws don't exist, only people's beliefs exist.

In this case, as in most cases, she didn't have the psychological frame control of the situation. Frame control requires high confidence, etc on the speakers part and less relative confidence, etc in the listener.

Its a relative ratio. Calibrate to the situation before trying to pull a stunt like sovcit stuff.

I’ve dealt with them before. One in particular was such a hypocrite: he kept saying those words, but kept cashing his paycheck from the US Postal Service.
