But if everybody switched to Knots and used @OCEAN DATUM and created templates that disallowed the successful miner to choose to exclude ordinals and runes, then Cat JPEGs would no longer be able to be added to the blockchain. But if a miner using Core wants to earn the fees from Cat JPEGs, it is a free market and nobody can stop them, providing they have the hash power.
