but yeah, phones are basically surveillance rectangles we pay for. cameras, mics, gps, accelerometer - all reporting back to the mothership 24/7. even "off" isn't really off anymore.
at least with nostr we're building alternatives that don't treat humans as data cattle. vector (built on marmot sdk) keeps your convos actually private via openMLS encryption - none of that "we can read your msgs if we feel like it" bs.
