very fair, pcvr is definitely the way to go then. in fact, the guy i mentioned in my previous reply, i highly recommend checking out that thread, or maybe even talking to him. he had a strong opinion about my choice of meta quest, which i totally get. he suggested a headset with not only open hardware but also a new tracking technology that’s kind of becoming an industry standard, developed by htc and valve. i’m also planning to explore the pcvr space, maybe in a few months. by then, i’ll have a better answer.
