Can't really send just 1.2k on chain... I mean you can but that UTXO will be almost all fee for you to send it anywhere.
What's the challenge? Privacy? Totally doable with Bitcoin. More hoops though.
Still 1/10th of the UTXO. And that can change drastically in the future.
You can even broadcast a tx with 0.1sat/vb, thats quite cheap.
You could but unless you're using your own node or the right software, most will default to 1s/vb
