Sorry but despite I love the service (i use it in France) there is an 'error' on the drawing : the visa card is not physical, only virtual, and I can't find a valid reason for this

We are working hard on getting the physical card in your hands asap! Physical cards involve much more bureaucracy and approvals. We might be able to launch a basic looking black physical card quicker (a few months), but it would not be properly branded. 🙏

Frankly, absolutly no problem with your virtual card, I love your service and was expecting it from a long time ago, since the VISA issue with BitPay... Thank you very much for this, and the physical is just for fiat, or if my phone is out of battery !
