Why do you recommend these clients over Primal?

Because the devs of those aren't uncreative, condescending, compromised cretinous craptacular crepuscles.
Primal is just awful. It is a result of the above devs trying to recreate all the dumb stuff about big tech and doing it poorly.
They also have a centralized relay and their "software" doesn't let people read from other relays different than their own big relay
