Buying blockspace is not akin to explosives. My point is in regards to the states arbitrary enforcement of regulation for which any reason can be used.
That was an analogy. It is on it's face a fallacious argument to equate a well established crime with arbitrary roadblocks.
Explosives are well established in the "dangerous" category. Just like CSAM is well within the "The government will fuck you up over this" category.
Yes the government can make any excuse it wants but giving them a layup is not a smart move.
