This is great, Jacob. If I may, I'm going to use your database as a template for my zone (10a). We've developed an agroforestry system, and have found that we can really push the limits in terms of plant suitability to zone though. It's amazing how a forest develops its own climate. Although we're in 10a, we are successfully growing Ice-cream bean, citrus, bananas, mangos, blueberries, Capulan cherries, tamarind, finger-lime, tree-tomato, pecans, and a whole lot more, all in the same spot. And the soil here is awful - silt/clay pH 4 to 5... the system fixes it.
