They knew they could not get regulatory approval in less they first got an EUA and then normalized the technology. They know that it is impossible to know dosage or what system of the body they are delivering the vaccine to. This is a fact.

Not to mention they don't want you to have access to food or tax funded services unless you have a biometric digital ID that proves you have been vaccinated.
