It's short-sighted, to tolerate your government behaving tyrannically toward foreign visitors and residents. They always test this stuff out on the foreigners, first.

Meanwhile, the UK censors its own people!? Maybe not the best place to visit or reside anymore.
Not allowing foreigners a day in court and legal representation, before ejecting or imprisoning them, for example. Overreach during visa and visa-waiver processes. Suppressing free speech on universities. That sort of thing. They're trying to normalize outrageous behavior.
As someone who's usually forced to strip into my underwear in the airport, so a man with a badge, who's just as horrified as the people behind me, can "do his job" by feeling under my genitals and ass crack with his gloved hand. ... Just normal. you know how it is.

It will be interesting to see how it evolves. Thank goodness for Nostr. This is what it was designed for - to maintain free speech. From Grok: “By American or classical-liberal definitions of free speech, yes—the UK systematically censors its citizens through a combination of broad speech-crime laws, regulatory pressure on tech companies, and pre-emptive policing of opinion. By continental-European standards, the UK is roughly in the middle of the pack (stricter than Germany on hate speech, less strict than France on religious insult laws post-2021). Compared to most of the Anglosphere (US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand), the UK has significantly weaker legal protections for controversial speech.”
Crazy isn't it! Guilty until proven innocent. I never thought I was going to have to develop the confidence that I might just end up in prison because the people in power decided they don't like the way I look, or the way I speak. Like were in middle school again, except this time the bullies have badges, guns, and gavels.
That's how it started, and while I carry, it started long before that. I think I started getting swabbed when I was 16 or so. Full strip search didn't start until I was 21 I think. This is entirely domestic flights in the US, and I wish I could say it was one of those obvious things. Well before I owned firearms, had my ccl, multi generational US citizen, I haven't left the country, I've paid my taxes XD Been pulled over once for speeding my whole life.
I've been looking into it more, but you know how we are over here. Gotta take a 5 day train to get from DC to Chicago, than another 5 days from Chicago to Nashville XD I'm exaggerating slightly for effect but I think you got it. Earlier this year I quoted an amtrac trip around the us, hitting major cities, and I think the full round trip, if you didn't get off the train was still over 2 weeks.
> but harassing my kids is... outrageous. Yeah, and they'll justify that for all the parents that strap drugs to their kids hoping to be spared. When I tell people this is normal for me, they pretend to be shocked, but then go right back to "they're just keeping us safe" "I want other to get searched (but not me)" "theyre really are crazy people out there!". I just think everyone should have their rights violated a little more often XD
> And a mom who is politically active. Found it! That's the one! > The flights were full of foreigners, by the way. LOL XD Im sure international flights do be like that.

⬆️😂😅 When you understand politics and communicate +make people aware what is really happening behind the scenes, 😂 then you are a dangerous person 😂: "In history, free thinkers with a sharp mind and critical thoughts to help improve the society => ALWAYS GOT ATTACKED/RESTRICTED or they got played, to make their life harder/more difficult🧐 😔" Spreading confusion is one of their tools, => people who make rules. Why? Only 1 reason: "to make sure we don't know who's really accountable for the changes/new rules or decisions they make, they = politicians/banks/elites/insurance companies/..." We pay people more, when they have more responsibilities. But in reality, they (most of them) have a responsibility allergy 🔎 🤨😑

My first thought was, how long until they are not going to let people back in after travel?

The government has a responsibility to behave "tyrannically" towards foreign invaders. It's what keeps the native population safe. The insane liberal idea that we shouldn't differentiate is dangerous and the reason why everything is falling apart.

Foreign visitors and residents? Illegals are not exactly in any of those groups.
