I might be missing some context. What is it exactly you need support with? BTW this thread is a good example why I am betting on nostr-based web of trust reputation building. While it takes more effort to bootstrap connections, it will definitely be a much more natural way of asking for help. More eyes and reach, more economic activity conducted by more trustworthy individuals than anywhere else online. Companies will build their own reputation so impersonation and scam group shenanigans become very hard to pull off.
