What ICE is buying isn’t some secret backdoor. It’s your network and apps leaking ad IDs and GPS pings. They aggregate it, stitch it, and sell it back to the state. Graphene strips more out at the root but it's not magic.
OS, app, and settings selection can limit the amount and type of data leaked but there is no way to stop it completely unless you faraday, rotate burners, or just don't carry a phone.
