Certainty of use follows trust in value never the other way around. They store it because they believe it will preserve value across time. Use comes later and spreads socially.Gold wasn’t instantly spendable everywhere either yet it was stored long before it was a universal medium of exchange. Anyway makes me think why exactly am i justifying my personal point of view and even get attacked for my thoughts… PV
Didn't attack you att all but ok.
Just thinking why I would hold onto something I couldn't trade against things I'd like to have/need. But when I could trade it my thought would be, maybe I store something of it for future use
