Started 75 hard again yesterday. For those that don't know these are the rules: 1 – Stick to a diet of your choice. Mine is stay in a weekly calories deficit, and no bullshit. 2 – No alcohol. 3 – Perform two 45-minute long workouts per day (one outside) 4 – Drink a gallon of water a day. 5 – Take a progress photo every day. (I failed on day 33 last time because I forgot this) 6 – 10 pages of non-fiction self-development books each day.
