Context for those just joining us: Durov was taken hostage after being lured into France by Macron himself with the promise of dinner and 1-on-1 discussion. Why? Because Telegram (founded and controlled by Durov) is usable by Normies, AND was adequately secure against snooping, so useful for Freedom of Speech at scale. An affront to "European Values".
