I know the photographer who took this photos Philip Holsinger is his name, he said he had never encountered such evil in the eyes of most of the prisoners he met. That’s saying something as he was in Haiti for ten years!! Initially the ppl get fucked over by gov agencies and alphabet cartels claiming to be the “good guys” and you get a Central America that has been raped and pillaged where the everyday ppl suffer immensely.
