Just Because you belong in a zoo, doesn’t make you not human.
It’s perfectly reasonable to expect these very human characteristics. Are you saying judges don’t have a right to prosecute someone for murder?
That would be “not thinking clearly” to expect that person wouldn’t kill someone.
