How can I? The news made it seem like we were going to be overrun and die in a matter of months. As a kid, it was terifying. As an adult, I don't believe a single thing they say on the news anymore.

Those of us who have been through trauma must do all to heal. It took me years to heal from my military experience. Either way, I’ve learned it’s possible to fall into another drama. I did. Lesson learned. I’ll never fall prey to another’s stupid behavior willingly again.
