Personally I would prefer if Was read by @Gigi himself Guy has got the perfect all american tone But I think Gigi's voice is more authentic, I love the smoothness and how someone has the command of another tongue I love languages and how people think in multiple dialects Someome said to me the other day, why are you bothering to learn French? You can just get those auto translate earbuds! I pondered on that statement for a while and I said to them, why do people bother to climb Everest? You can just use a ๐Ÿš helicopter It's a personal test, proof of work, proving to yourself that you can do something, not everybody else is doing. Which aligns quite well with stacking sats and staying humble.

On the topic of learning a language in the age of AI: reading literature in the original language will always be superior to even the best translation. There are nuances, puns, alliterations... none of that can be effectively translated. You can translate meaning, but that's not enough.
I use the chat function to improve my comprehension, I agree that it's not the real thing but AI is available 24/7 and I can go over the same conversation a million times and it won't get tired or be unavailable. It's a tradeoff for me, not 100% authentic but 100% useful
Oh, that's perfectly fine. Using the AI as a tool to learn is great. It's letting the AI do all the translation / interpretation and not trying to learn (PoW) that sounds dystopian.
