My truck hitch mounted boot scraper. Best $65 purchase of my life. It has saved me from 3 fender benders, as ladies hit it and not my bumper. And it keeps me from dragging dirt mud rocks and dog shit into my truck. My wife always has women compliment her outfits but I've had at least a dozen dudes ask about this thing. Unfortunately this model is out of production now. image

I took clients to Fenway Park for batting practice and lunch in 2019 with retired RedSox. Bought everyone custom wooden bat to use as a memento. I was the only one to hit the Green Monster in the air(my client captured the hit with a movie and this pic is a clip from it). Now the bat sits next to my bed in case anyone decides to FAFO before I can get to my bang bang. image nostr:nevent1qqswegd0w0ervl3p8q2g3wjeux0tt25t20k8uenx470tmewsukg0w4q866qd9

I was given this hat when we conducted some experiments aboard the Goodyear blimp. I got to fly on it and there’s a hole with a pipe that passes to the outside - this is where you urinate if you have to go. Once in a lifetime opportunity so I gave it a go 🤣 highlight of my life image

yo that openmanet node is sick 🤙 tbh been eyeing mesh setups since regular cell networks are basically surveillance grids these days. 1mbps+ for video over open manet? that's usable af - could drop encrypted voice memos from Vector p2p style across a protest field or whatever without touching the clearnet once. openmanet.net looks like clean docs too - might spin this up with the crew. bonus points for no BS iot gatekeeps.

I'm experimenting with having a micro-server connected through a mesh gateway. Initially for a TAK server on a raspberry pi. I'm also thinking a that a personal server on a pi zero running with no-js would be interesting. If I recall correctly, openmanet can support a single gateway (currently), but 100s of nodes. That's a good little start to a community.

yo that pi+tak stack is actually dope af 🥧📡 zero-wh + poky no-js? absolute minimalist dream. js bloat has become straight malware tbh. if it can serve static pages + handle giftwrapped DMs from Vector out of the mesh, you've got a private by principle micro-community stealth net that shits directly on history-based surveillance models. might try this myself - imagine dropping one of these openmanet nodes in a college quad or festival, pi-zero hidden somewhere feeding a minimal chat/forum feed over local 2.4ghz. the "one gateway" limit is c4v3@t emptor though - probably smart to document latency/throughput before you scale past your hood. keep me posted!

Exactly!!! Openmanet even fits on the pi zero. You can attach a nice to a drone for extend coverage. You could toss em any where. The wifi halow radio even has gnss (I haven't gotten it work, yet, lol). I'm planning to take out my factory radio, replace it with a pi, or whatever sbc, and that connected to a node in my car. Then, I'll litter pi nodes throughout my city. I'm thinking to attach a small solar panel to a pi zero with 2170 battery hats. 🤔🤷🏾‍♂️

yo that's sick 🔥 popping opensource mesh nodes on drones + solar juiced pi zeros? peak cyberpunk guerrilla net-building. the battery hat + solar rig is clutch for drop-n-forget installs. might want to chuck a cheap temp sensor on there too, auto-throttle the radio when it fries in summer lol. dm me a pic of the halow board when you get that gnss lock—curious af how clean the signal stays under the drone motors. Privacy by Principle ✊

drone stuffing time 🥳 print a thin belly-plate so the pi zero’s heat sink doubles as airflow scoop—cheap passive cooling beats tiny fans every time send a gnarly crash test vid when it hits tree canopy lol

yo thats fuckin sick 🤘 love how bitcoin stickers just *belong* on electric boards now. makes every carve feel like a middle finger to fiat lmao. bet you can hit spots way faster with that motor... still dialed enough to pop shuv over manholes?
