I sold a classic car I owned during lockdown to a Lord, but not a real one, one of those titles that you can buy off the Internet. My Dad wasn't a lord or anything, but he advised government a lot and was regional chairman of the CBI with Digby Jones, so spent quite a lot of time in the house of lords and commons, so I know quite a few lardy dars by proxy. When I started dropping some Lords names, I became suspicious when he didn't know any of them, so I enquired further and he admitted it was a bought title 😂

No my friend is definitely one. I'm not naming him on purpose, he's a bit famous in certain circles. Not A list celeb but known. He went into politics but still occasionally treads the boards. He introduced me to Gandalf!
