I assume this is about the developers having to give their credentials to file before they are allowed to offer their apps. First off, there is no bad side to this for the user, at least if devs are going to upload apps that may clear their QC, it’s nice to know they are actually sanctioned and being regulated by Google. Secondly, if you flash a custom rom, you just tossed safetynet out the window so your device is definitely going to show up as “uncertified”, making what you download even more difficult. I honestly don’t understand what y’all have against this, I don’t know about you but I would prefer to know exactly who created my app and that they can be held accountable for it. TL;DR You think you’re beating Google by flashing a custom rom when the code that rom is sung is still coming from Google. Unless graphene can figure out a way to fork all of AOSP, you will always be at the mercy of Google.

In a free place, you give your data IF YOU WANT DO IT. I don't want a "safety" net created by thieves. I don't need know about who exactly is the developer of my app, i need to know what it will know about me. Yes, it will change for now, the Android will be closed and so for. But we have Linux too, or you don't will use it if the government don't give you a permit?
I would rather be fairly certain that the apps I am downloading aren’t malicious in nature, and while neither App Store has a 100% guarantee of this, I will trust the companies who profit from their stores rather than fly by night developers that you know nothing about. It’s absolutely hilarious how ignorant y’all can be just to try and rationalize your back ass logic..🤦🏻‍♂️
