So Tor Browser and Mullvad are the same thing, it's privacy works by blocking and restricting JavaScript from fingerprinting the user, which causes websites to break. The website has to allow the user to do this, and many sites will purposefully restrict fingerprinting, such as Coinbase, which then collects user data for sale.
While as HydraVeil does not require any kind of restrictions, and therefore works even if the website (purposefully or not) wants to prevent you from being private.
