even the claim about legacy UTXOs risk is unknown because we don't know who Satoshi is, we don't know if he is alive and if he still controls/owns his private keys

tbh teh meatspace status of satoshi is irrelevant. if those keys move it's just a distribution event but teh protocol doesn't care. u think it's a threat to teh code
