So Indians have the n word pass now?
Don't know about Indians, since we're taking about the middle east. But I guess if you're an Indian who's more toward the Dravidian side rather than the Aryan side of the North/South ethnic gradient, then maybe yes? I don't think you really need a pass to speak Latin though.
