I would buy pizza today with bitcoin, but it is bound to be a disappointment. I likely will have to rely on purchasing online gift card codes, which will likely be gated with doxxing requirements. This is barely better than 2015.

buying a gift card is essentially buying the merchants credit. still counts.
don't know where you're buying cards from, but there's plenty of non kyc places.
if it'd about your address, you also go and pick it up.
or, you can trade with someone directly for it.

Had to go with a Papa John's gift code via Bitrefill like it's 2015.
Surprisingly, they offered lightning and the payment actually went through.
Surprised Bitrefill still only asks for an email address.
