Once you remove all of the legal mumbo jambo that inherently twitter should avoid to not be connected to its former identity, you can see twitter as a blank app. It can become whatever it wants, its value to the nostr protocol would be in the name that carries. This is also a substantial reason for Elon Musk to not release the domain back to Jack 🙃
