yes iris has been doing it since before it switched to nostr from gundb, its a strong interest of martti and mark nadal
amethyst already has a better solution with reports, you just need a big enough follows list

Maybe I am wrong, but I always assumed WoT to be very close to a recursive page rank for people. Maybe that is just one example of WoT
I think it's a pretty broad definition. adding recursion would be cool but tricky to keep it from being gamed

you take multiple threads and make them one
ie people post the same thing you make a note linking them together, client shows them as one thread with multiple opening posts
you need to expand on what makes nostr successful, to me that is removing silos, the note kind schism is bad too we have twitter,chat and article notes all doing the same thing but siloing
simple is better imo
